We are located at 855 Marina Bay Parkway, Suite 28. If you are looking at the Main Lobby entrance for 855 Marina Bay Parkway, you will find us down the right side of building at the back corner unit. We have very visible signage and cafe lights strung on the exterior, so we are hard to miss!

There is plenty of parking available in The Crossing lot and along Meeker Avenue. We suggest parking at the backside of the building along the fence if the spaces in front of the studio are occupied.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get oriented and settled in! We want to ensure you have time to secure your valuables and find a space for your mat. Class will start promptly at the designated time, however the lobby door will remain unlocked for 5 minutes after class start should you arrive late.
-
Please bring your own mat if you have one. We have a small number of community mats you can borrow if you do not have your own and offer Manduka PROlite® YogaMats and Yogitoes® Yoga Mat Towels for sale.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and sweat in: leggings, lightweight loose pants, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, lightweight long sleeve tops. For most classes, there is no need to wear socks as you will have a hard time gripping the mat with your feet. For Restorative classes where you are resting in supported poses for longer periods of time, wearing clothing that is comfortable like you would wear for a cozy nap, including socks, is recommended.

At Gaia Yoga, all of our classes are considered All Levels and instructors always ensure to cue and offer modifications and progressions for beginner students. That being said, often times beginner students are most comfortable starting in our Gentle Yoga classes in order to start learning the pose names at a slower and much gentler pace. If you are already an active and relatively mobile individual, you may find the Hatha and Vinyasa classes easy to jump into as well. Please feel free to give us a call to talk about your specific needs!

Yoga can be a wonderful and supportive way to move while recovering from an injury. In general, the Gentle Flow and Restorative classes are the best options when healing from an injury. Be sure to consult with your physician about physical activity if you are recovering from a major illness, injury, or surgery.

You can cancel any class up to 2 hours before it starts and your class credit will be returned automatically. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class start are considered late cancellations — the class credit is forfeited, but there is no additional fee.
-
If you're booked into a class and don't attend without cancelling, that's a no-show. No-shows forfeit their class credit and are charged a $15 no-show fee to the card or account on file.
Does the no-show fee apply to unlimited members too?
Yes — the $15 no-show fee applies to all students, regardless of membership type or how you paid for the class.
Why does Gaia Yoga charge a no-show fee?
Many of our classes run a waitlist. A no-show holds a spot that could otherwise go to someone waiting to get in. The fee encourages everyone to cancel as early as possible so we can offer that spot to the next person in line.
-
If a class is full — join the waitlist! Cancellations happen, and spots open up more often than you'd expect — especially in the hour or two before class. You're also welcome to arrive a few minutes early; we can usually fit walk-ins in even when a class shows as full.
