You can cancel any class up to 2 hours before it starts and your class credit will be returned automatically. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class start are considered late cancellations — the class credit is forfeited, but there is no additional fee.

If you're booked into a class and don't attend without cancelling, that's a no-show. No-shows forfeit their class credit and are charged a $15 no-show fee to the card or account on file.

Does the no-show fee apply to unlimited members too?

Yes — the $15 no-show fee applies to all students, regardless of membership type or how you paid for the class.

Why does Gaia Yoga charge a no-show fee?

Many of our classes run a waitlist. A no-show holds a spot that could otherwise go to someone waiting to get in. The fee encourages everyone to cancel as early as possible so we can offer that spot to the next person in line.

If a class is full — join the waitlist! Cancellations happen, and spots open up more often than you'd expect — especially in the hour or two before class. You're also welcome to arrive a few minutes early; we can usually fit walk-ins in even when a class shows as full.
