Pilates for Yogis Pop-Up

Pilates and yoga go together beautifully. In this 90-minute pop-up class with Josselyn of Root & Limb Pilates, you’ll learn essential Pilates principles that support strength, stability, and longevity—on and off the mat.

Through smart, accessible movement, we’ll explore dynamic core connection, healthy hips, and spine care to help you move with more ease, power, and awareness in your yoga practice and everyday life. This workshop is designed to complement yoga by enhancing efficiency, resilience, and sustainable movement patterns at every stage of life.

No Pilates experience is necessary—all levels are welcome. Each participant will receive a small Pilates ball to take home so you can continue exploring and integrating these tools with curiosity and intention.

What you’ll gain:

About the Instructor

Josselyn Levinson-Dustin is a Pilates instructor and movement educator with a background in dance (BA, MFA) and training in both Pilates and SmartFlow Yoga. Her teaching emphasizes intelligent, individualized movement that supports sustainable, lifelong mobility. She is the owner of Root & Limb Pilates, a private movement studio in Berkeley, CA.
