Join us for a joyful Kids Yoga pop-up class with Christina Taylor, specially designed for children ages 3–5. This fun, engaging, and nurturing class supports young children’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being through age-appropriate movement and play.
Through playful yoga poses, themed stories, games, and simple breathwork, kids will build strength, flexibility, and focus while exploring mindfulness and self-expression. Each class offers gentle tools for emotional regulation, body awareness, and confidence—skills they can begin to carry into everyday life at home and school.
