This special class is designed to be an offering of respite to body and mind during overwhelming times, helping to restore your nervous system to a state of equanimity and balance. You will first be guided through a gentle and breath-focused yoga class led by Jen Cuebas, to relieve tension and allow for grounding into your body.
Once settled into a restorative savasana, Michelle Ayazi will take you on an immersive journey beneath the soothing sound waves of her quartz crystal bowls, ocean drum, and koshi chimes. Let the harmonious blend of movement and sound guide you to a place of inner peace and rejuvenation.

Jen Cuebas (she/her) interweaves ancient healing practices of Hatha yoga, herbal medicine, and holistic nutrition to nourish and empower others on their wellness journey. Rooted in nervous system care and reconnecting with intrinsic wisdom, her Intrinsic Yoga classes blend gentle Hatha flow, intuitive movement, and elemental connection, often incorporating herbal medicine, oracle cards, or aromatherapy. Known for her calming and grounding presence, Jen invites students to bring their whole selves to the mat and explore compassionate self-inquiry through breath, movement, and meditation. A lifelong seeker inspired by her own healing journey, she holds a 500-RYT and shares sustainable wellness practices through yoga, herbal workshops, womyn’s moon circles, and her herbal line, Intrinsic Formulas. Now based in the SF Bay Area, Jen also guides a soul-care program for formerly unhoused youth, believing that healing and thriving are meant to happen in community—not alone.
