This six-week Postnatal Yoga Support Group is designed to nurture birthing parents in their postpartum journey, offering a supportive space for emotional connection, physical recovery, and community building. Guided by Martina Chavez-Young and Sannaz Keyhani, this series combines postnatal yoga with facilitated discussions to explore the transformative experiences of birth, postpartum, and motherhood.
Each session includes gentle yoga to aid postpartum recovery, thoughtful group discussions on weekly themes, and opportunities for partners or primary support people to connect. Nursing/feeding and baby-soothing are always welcome, and snacks will be provided.
This series is an opportunity to share stories, reflect on your journey, and build a network of support, all while mindfully reconnecting with your body.
