Renee delivers a practice which encompasses a balanced approach of lightness + depth and alignment + intuition. With the compliment of choreographed sound and gentle moments of silence, her classes allow for deep connection. Renee pulls from many different lineages of influence including Ashtanga, Hatha, and Iyengar. She believes in slowing down to connect with the subtleties in the body while fine tuning alignment and breath.
Renee's path on the mat came to life after a near-fatal car accident where she relearned how to walk and access the natural bio-mechanics of the body. Today, she continues to practice this discipline with a deep focus in therapeutics. She is honored to play a part in sharing the timeless gift of yoga.
