Meredith is a seasoned yoga and breathwork instructor with over 1000 hours experience teaching classes in-studio, virtually, and working 1:1 with private clients. Meredith provides a warm and approachable style of yoga instruction, offering an accessible and energizing experience to every body in the room, while inviting experienced students to explore their limits safely. With expertise across Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and pranayama, Meredith weaves these disciplines into a gentle yet invigorating flow focused on alignment and body awareness. As a neuroscientist (Ph.D.), she enjoys sharing insights into how yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness reshape the brain and elevate well-being.
