Foundations of Relax and Renew® Restorative Yoga with Jason Emanuel Britton

Restorative Yoga is a powerful yet simple tool to effectively reduce stress in the body, calm the emotions, and support mental equanimity.

This Introduction to Restorative Yoga series will guide students through supported poses designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping release physical tension and gently open the body. Each session focuses on a specific theme, allowing students to build knowledge and confidence over time. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Students are encouraged to wear warm layers and socks.

• 8 & 22 — Focus on Head Stress and Fatigue

• 6 & 20 — Creating a Personal Restorative Home Practice

Pricing:

• $28 drop-in per class
• $180 for full 8-class series (save $44 — payment plan available)

Jason Emanuel Britton, Certified Relax and Renew® Trainer
Since 1998, Jason has served as a Lecturer in the Physical Education Program at UC Berkeley with a specialty in mind-body methods. He has trained thousands of students in Restorative Yoga and regularly teaches workshops for faculty, staff, graduate students, and conference participants.
