This Deep Practice blends leading-edge somatic tools—Somatic Body/Mind Reset®, the Roll Model® Method, and Body by Breath®—to guide a profound reset for your entire being. From the surface of the skin to the web of your fascia and the depth of your bones, and everything that lives within, you are invited back into wholeness to release pain, find pleasure and build your somatic proprioception.

Participants must be able to:

Move safely up and down from the floor

Lie comfortably on their back or sit/lean supported against a wall

Gaia Yoga has Yoga Tune Up® myofascial balls for in-studio use during the sessions. Balls are available to purchase through Jessica as well.
