Through gentle breathwork, movement, and mantra, you’ll learn techniques from Kundalini Yoga that help release anxiety and create space for clearer thinking and a greater sense of peace. We’ll also explore a bit of astrology, focusing on Mercury—the planet connected to communication and the mind—to give context and insight into how we process thoughts and emotions.
