A workshop designed for those brand new to the practice or for those revisiting the practice after some time away. This workshop will cover the fundamentals of a beginning yoga practice. With the use of props you will learn easy seated poses, standing poses and guided breath work. Come enjoy yoga in a relaxed, slow-paced environment and leave with the confidence to join a regularly scheduled class.
